We will hit the road to share the results from our six month Eat Like a Fish citizen science project and the inspiration behind our cookbook Simmering the Sea!

Our first stop on the tour will take place Tuesday May 28, 2019 at the Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries in Stonington, ME. Join us for a fun and engaging discussion about the importance of diversifying New Englanders’ diets to eat a more representative variety of local seafood. We are excited to partner with the Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries; their executive director Paul Anderson was one of the citizen scientists who made the Eat Like a Fish project possible!
